In this workshop, we will explore core principles and strategies for training content moderators, and share best practices for training across TSPA members. The goal of this session is to channel conversations, ideas, and innovation into a reusable output that the TSPA can publish for members. Therefore, we're going to focus our efforts to build a collaborative guide of best practices for leaders that are either, a) looking to invest in their moderation workforce, or b) are building out their Trust & Safety organization from scratch, i.e. a COO or Operations leader. Light pre-reading and some pre-work is required.
