Christoph Busch is Professor of Law and Director of the European Legal Studies Institute at the University of Osnabrueck, Germany. He is also an Affiliated Fellow at the Information Society Project at Yale Law School. His research focuses on contract law, consumer law, digital platforms and algorithmic regulation. He is a member of the European Commission’s Expert Group for the Observatory on the Online Platform Economy (DG CNECT) and the Consumer Policy Advisory Group (DG JUST).
