James Gresham has spent over a decade working in analytics and data science, including eight years in Trust and Safety. In that time he has covered flagship products with billions of users including Google Search, Youtube, Facebook, and Instagram, and issues ranging from preventing serious physical harm to global scale spam and fraud. He currently works as a Senior Data Scientist for Shopify, and is a contributor and author for the TSPA Trust & Safety Curriculum.
