Rafi Lazerson examines security and human rights issues related to emerging technologies. He is a Research Affiliate at the Center for Security in Politics, UC Berkeley. Previously, Rafi was a Researcher at the Center for Long-Term Cybersecurity, where he focused on effective trust and safety practices in social VR. He has worked as Assistant Regional Director at the ADL, and as CMO of an online marketplace. Rafi completed his MPA at UC Berkeley, where he conducted a policy consultancy with the GEC, U.S. Department of State. He received a BA in Political Science from Brooklyn College.
