Jake leads Google's product policy team for developer, enterprise and health products (including Cloud, Payments, and FitBit). Previously he led Google's public policy work on AI and content issues in the APAC region, where he lived for ten years. Prior to joining Google he worked on a range of law and policy issues for the United Nations, NGOs and as a consultant for the Thai government. Currently based in California, he holds a J.D. from Yale Law School and a BA in politics and philosophy from University of Missouri.
