Rachel is Vice President of Wellness & Resiliency at TaskUs, accountable for client satisfaction, scaled global operations, and wellness innovation, globally, in eight countries. In her role, she’s responsible for TaskUs’ worldwide employee well-being through the management of end-to-end scaled operations of wellness and resiliency services. Skilled in planning, executing, and assessing corporate psychological health and safety programming through curriculum development, research, and data analysis, Rachel also has experience leading global multi-disciplinary teams and vendor governance.
