Alissa Starzak is the Vice President and Global Head of Public Policy at Cloudflare, a web performance and security company on a mission to help build a better Internet. Prior to joining Cloudflare, Alissa worked for the U.S government in a variety of national security positions, including serving as the General Counsel of the Department of the Army, and in positions with the U.S. Department of Defense, the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence and the Central Intelligence Agency. She also worked in private practice, and clerked for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
