Kaitlin Sullivan is a Director of Content Policy at Facebook, where she leads an international team that develops policies to address account-level and behavioral abuse. She partners with Product and Operations teams to set company strategy for effective, transparent, and principled content moderation. Kaitlin regularly speaks on these issues at universities and conferences. Prior to joining Facebook, Kaitlin worked as a rape crisis advocate and educator at the YWCA of Silicon Valley.
