Henry Lien is Deputy General Counsel at Clubhouse, where he works on a wide range of legal issues, including advising the company on intermediary liability. Prior to joining Clubhouse, Henry was Senior Director & Assistant General Counsel, IP & Content at Pinterest, where he led the team advising the company on all IP and user content issues. Henry has also worked at Google, Quinn Emanuel, and clerked for the Honorable Priscilla Richman at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Henry has a B.S. in Computer Science from Yale University and a J.D. from Stanford Law School.
