Phil has 18 years of experience leading product, policy and operations teams in the tech and services industries. He played a central role in building out Twitter's global safety operations. In 2017 he moved to the services side of the ecosystem, leading the Content Operations Practice at Cognizant. Now, as TaskUs' Global Lead for Trust and Safety, Phil is helping to build the future of content moderation. He has deep expertise in trust & safety strategy and internet safety and is a passionate advocate for better mental health support in the workplace.
