TSPA’s goal is to bring the entire global population of trust and safety professionals together in a meaningful community of practice. We never want cost to be a barrier.

To that end, we want to be transparent about how we priced TrustCon. Many non-profit organizations use the income from their flagship annual event to fund other programs; we have chosen not to do so, at least in this first year.

Instead, to ensure that as many professionals have access to TrustCon as possible, we have priced individual attendance well below cost. We are further increasing access by investing in a quality virtual program, a physical space that allows people on-call to work while attending the conference, and subsidized attendance through our scholarship program. We are only able to do this thanks to the generous support of TrustCon’s sponsors.

Discounts
TrustCon offers a variety of registration discounts to help make the conference more accessible.

• Students can receive a 50% discount. At registration, upload a copy of your student ID. (Note that we will not keep a copy of your ID; we will just use it for verification.)
• Residents of middle to low income countries, as designated by the World Bank, can receive a 50% discount. This is automatically applied.
• Instructions on how to register for complimentary corporate supporter tickets, sponsorship tickets, and exhibit tickets will be sent to you by TSPA. 

Members Registration Rate
Members of TSPA will receive the discounted member registration price if you register using the email address you use to log into the TSPA member portal. If you are unsure of which email address that is, please contact TSPA. If you are a TSPA member but do not have an account for the TSPA member portal, you will need to do that first before you can receive the member registration fee. Contact TSPA for instructions on how to do that. 

Speakers
If you have been confirmed as a speaker for TrustCon, TSPA will send you information on how to register. Please follow those instructions to receive your speaker registration fee discounts. Speakers who are members will receive free conference registration. Speakers who are nonmembers will receive a 50% discount. TSPA will send you a unique URL to use to register. Make sure to register using the email address to which TSPA sent the registration link to access the discounted rate.

TSPA Working Group Members, Advisors, Board
TSPA working group members, advisors, and board members will receive 50% off the registration fee at the member rate. TSPA will send you a unique URL to use to register. Make sure to register using the email address to which TSPA sent the registration link to access the discounted rate.

Scholarships
To ensure TrustCon is accessible, TSPA offers a scholarship for registration fees. Please note that this scholarship does not include travel or accommodations. You can apply for a scholarship for the virtual event. (Please note that attendee scholarships are no longer available for the in-person program.) We have completed one round of scholarship application approval on July 25, 2022. Depending on available funds, we may do another round of scholarship application approval on August 31, 2022. Please submit your application by August 28 for consideration.

Complimentary Tickets
Corporate supporters, sponsors, and exhibitors will receive a set number of complimentary tickets. Instructions on how to register for complimentary tickets will be sent to you by TSPA.
